
Meet Bri! Bri is 15 years old. She competed level 9 last year and was a Eastern National Champion! Bri is working her level 10 skills in the gym. Bri’s favorite event is floor because it makes her feel powerful! Bri has a 13-year-old brother, Nick, and an 11-year-old sister,Taylor. A cool fact about Bri is that she has a “man made dimple” on her face. She was on beam one day and hit herself in the face with her knee! Bri admires her mom because she supports her gymnastics 100%. Coach Rachel says, “I’m so happy to have Bri back home in my gym, I look forward to taking her gymnastics to the next level! Bri is an incredible athlete!”

Meet 10-year-old Maggie! Maggie has competed level 5 and was the State Champion last season! She is now training her 5/6 skills in the gym. Maggie’s favorite event is Bars because she loves to swing around. Maggie is a sister to 11-year-old Lizi and 4-year-old Sarah. A fun fact about Maggie is that she has been to “Yummies” (an old fashioned candy store in Maine). Coach Audra says, “Maggie is an extremely talented gymnast who is very dedicated to the sport of gymnastics!”

Meet Kaia! Kaia started at R-Athletics in July and is training level 3 & 4 this year. Kaia loves to vault because she loves getting to jump on the board and because she can be very powerful! Kaia has a 1 year old brother named Caiden. Kaia also has her older sister Kennedy who is 10 years old. A fun fact about Kaia is that she loves to be outside playing. Kaia admires her older sister Kennedy because she is always willing to play with her. “Kaia is full of energy and works super hard to make corrections,” says Coach Shy.

This is Kennedy. Kennedy started at R-Athletics in July and is training level 4. Kennedy says that her favorite event is the floor exercise because she loves to do back handsprings! Kennedy is the older sister to Kaia, also on our R-Athletics Team. When Coach Shy asked a fun fact about Kennedy she answered, “I love doing gymnastics J” Kennedy admires her dad because he is the best dad in the whole world! Coach Shy says, “Kennedy is a hard worker and always wants to learn new skills!”

Meet Anna. Anna is 9 ½ years old. Anna joined the R-Athletics team in June and is training her level 4/5 skills. Anna’s favorite event is bars, because she loves working on her kips. A fun fact about Anna is that she loves playing with her friends in her spare time. Anna admires her mom
because she drives her to and from practice and is a great mom! The coaches love that Anna comes into the gym every day, ready to work. You can tell Anna really loves gymnastics.

Meet Elle. Elle is 9 years old. Elle came to R-Athletics in June and is training her 4/5 skills in the gym. Elle loves to work on floor because she loves to be aggressive in her tumbling. Something
that you might not know about Elle is that in her free time, she loves to play. Elle admires her mom because she is super nice and is very supportive of her gymnastics. The coaches love Elle because she is always making them laugh; but she also knows when it is time to get serious and work hard.

This is 7 year old Avery! Avery has competed level 4 and is training her level 5 skills in the gym. Avery says her favorite event is vault because she running at mats and the spring board. Avery has an older sister, Mackenzie who is 9 years old. Something cool about Avery is that she can always beat the boys in arm-wrestling contests! Avery admires her coach Kaylie because she is a great coach! Coach Kaylie says, “Avery is a very talented gymnast, and we can’t wait to watch her take her gymnastics even further this year!”

Meet Mackenzie. Mackenzie is 9 years old and is the older sister of Avery, also on the team. Mackenzie has competed level 5 and is training her level 5/6 skills in the gym. When Mackenzie was asked her favorite event she said, “Vault, because it’s so powerful!” A fun fact about Mackenzie is that she is always hungry . Mackenzie admires Maddie Myers on the gymnastics team because she is a super good gymnast! Coach Rachel says, “Mackenzie is always making me laugh… in a good way! She also is super talented and we look forward to her competing at R-Athletics this year!”

This is Hannah! Hannah is 10 years old and came to R-Athletics in July. Hannah has competed level 5 and is training her level 5/6 skills in the gym. Hannah’s favorite event is Bars because she loves to swing on things! Hannah has a younger sister Rachel, who is 7 and an older brother Andrew, who is 12. A cool fact about Hannah is that her birthday is on St. Patrick’s Day. The coaches all have come to love Hannah because she is a very hard worker, and is always putting 100% effort into her gymnastics.

Meet Brynn! Brynn competed level 4 last year and is working her level 4/5 skills in the gym. Brynn is the younger sister to 11-year-old brother, Andrew. Brynn’s favorite event is Bars because she likes to swing. Another reason she likes Bars is because she loves the fact that she has never gotten a rip! A fun fact about Brynn is that she has a kitten named Willow. When asked whom she looks up to Brynn said, “My mom and dad because they are great parents and drive me to and from gymnastics. Coach Rachel says Brynn has a lot of natural gymnastics talent!” We look forward to having Brynn on our R-Athletics Team this year!

This is 13-year-old Nicole! Nicole is training her level 7 skills in the gym. Nicole’s favorite event is floor because she loves to tumble and work on her leaps. Nicole is the younger sister to her 17-year-old brother Tyler. A really cool fact about Nicole is that on her free time she enjoys wakeboarding on Gun Lake. Nicole admires Shawn Johnson because she is just amazing, and great at gymnastics! The coaches all love Nicole because she is a super-hard worker, and always is making corrections! Welcome to the team Nicole!

This is Renee! Renee is an 8-year-old gymnast who competed level 4 last year. Renee is training level 4 and 5 in the gym. Renee’s favorite event is bars. She loves working her front-hip-circles, kips, stride circles and basically any skill that includes flying around the bar. Renee has a 20-year-old brother Jon and a 10-year-old brother Andrew. Renee also enjoys playing soccer and likes to collect shells. Renee admires her Mom and Shawn Johnson. Renee is a really
talented gymnast, who is fun to coach!

Meet Shae! Shae is 9 years old and competed level 4 last year. Shae is now training her level 4/5 skills in the gym. Shae says her favorite even is definitely the bars because she loves working on her kip! Shae is the younger sister to her two brothers. Something cool about Shae is that she has two horses to take care of when she isn’t at gymnastics. Her horses’ names are Tommy and Taffy. When asked who Shae admires, she said, “My cousin, Morgan because she is a super good gymnast!” Coach Shy says, “Shae has a lot of energy which she uses to do very powerful gymnastics!” We can’t wait to see Shae compete this year!

This is Alex! Alex is 10 and competed level 4 last year. Alex is now working her level 4/5 skills in the gym. Alex’s favorite event is floor because she loves to do back handsprings! Alex comes from a big family! She has three brothers, ages 2, 5, and 15. She also has one younger sister who is 6. Something you might not know about Alex is that she has 2 cats named Jade and Onyx. Alex admires her mom for several reasons. Alex says, “My mom is super supportive, a great cook, and drives me to gymnastics of course!” We are so glad to have Alex on our R-Athletics team!

Meet Evette! Evette competed once when she was 7-years-old, and she is now 9. Evette is training her level 3 and 4 skills in the gym. Evette’s favorite events are floor and vault. She likes floor because she loves back handsprings, back walkovers, and front walkovers. She loves the vault because she gets to use the trampoline! Evette has a 7-year-old sister and two step sisters who are 6 and 10. A fun fact about Evette is that her family calls her “Spaghetti.” Evette admires her mom because she helps her when she is hurt, and makes her amazing dinners! Coach Shy says, “Evette is a super-hard worker and will go far in the sport of gymnastics!”

OMG!! your team is so spoiled! you have locker rooms! you have workout leotards! you have about 7 beams! they can be just as good gymnasts without so much stuff that is not nessesary. And you have to be perfect so your level 9 and 10′s work out 23 hours per week! that insane!! by spoiled cheese!!!!!
